About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Demand Planning and S&OP function. As Head of Demand Planning and S&OP, you will be responsible for driving the S&OP process within our organization, ensuring an effective balance between service level, inventory, and operational cost.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for demand forecasting and inventory management
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive improvements in service level and operational efficiency
  • Oversee the Procurement & Supply Chain department, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Conduct regular reviews of demand and supply plans
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of S&OP, demand planning, and inventory management in the FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
