Job Title: Commercial Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Paralegal to join our team at Cathay Investments. As a Commercial Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and draft commercial agreements, including NDAs, terms and conditions, and hire agreements.
  • Assist with the distribution, recording, and filing of fully executed contracts and amendments.
  • Prepare information for briefs for external legal advisors.
  • Carry out document searches for cases, including disclosures.
  • Support the business in operational projects.
  • Review and communicate key terms for contracts and other legal documents to managers.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of commercial law. You will have at least 2 years of experience in a commercial legal environment and be able to multitask and meet deadlines.

We offer a friendly and sociable working environment and are fully office-based, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. As a Commercial Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced and exciting business.
