Outsourcing Senior Opportunity

We are excited to partner with our client, a reputable accountancy and financial services business, to recruit an experienced Outsourcing Senior to join their team in Uckfield, East Sussex.

This is a full-time permanent role, with flexibility to work from home on occasion, and is based in our Uckfield office. The ideal candidate will be based in the Uckfield office, with free parking available on the streets close to the office, and within a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest mainline station.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and provide feedback on junior team members' work
  • Support juniors in their professional development and growth
  • Anticipate and respond to clients' needs, ensuring a high level of service
  • Prepare and review VAT returns, consolidations, and cash flows for management accounts
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, VAT, and management accounting
  • Strong knowledge of VAT and financial regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel, Xero, Dext, and QuickBooks skills
  • Studying towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or qualified by experience
