We are seeking a dedicated Telecommunications Specialist to enhance our service delivery at London Bridge Hospital. This role is pivotal in ensuring a premium customer experience by effectively communicating the advantages of our healthcare services and assisting clients throughout their inquiries. The position entails both incoming and outgoing communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Professionally manage incoming calls and ensure seamless call transfers. Maintain accurate updates across all systems, directing calls to the appropriate department or individual. Respond promptly to calls, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs) and personal performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate closely with staff across various departments, including GP Liaison and Consultant Liaison, to keep colleagues informed about new services and updates.Required Qualifications:
