Job Title: Community Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Community Support Worker. As a member of our team, you will provide support to individuals with sensory impairments, enabling them to maintain their independence and engage in activities that are important to them.

About the Role
  • Provide support to clients with sensory impairments, including assistance with daily living tasks, social activities, and accessing community resources.
  • Work collaboratively with a manager and a dedicated team to deliver high-quality support services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a person-centered approach.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Community Service, supporting over 50 clients across South Wales.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with individuals with sensory impairments or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality support services, with a focus on client-centered care.
