About the Role- Provide support to clients with sensory impairments, including assistance with daily living tasks, social activities, and accessing community resources.
- Work collaboratively with a manager and a dedicated team to deliver high-quality support services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a person-centered approach.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our Community Service, supporting over 50 clients across South Wales.
- Experience of working with individuals with sensory impairments or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality support services, with a focus on client-centered care.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.75.
