In the role of EU Supply Chain Coordinator, you will oversee the seamless operation of the company's inbound and outbound logistics, serving as the subject matter expert in the import and export processes while ensuring adherence to all customs and freight regulations.

Key Responsibilities of the EU Supply Chain Coordinator:
• Provide expert knowledge and business process guidance in logistics, focusing on freight and transport management across the EMEA region.
• Maintain current knowledge of customs and freight regulations, ensuring all goods movement complies with legal standards.
• Address and resolve any shipping or freight challenges (e.g., shipping routes, delays) while keeping all stakeholders informed to minimize business impact.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for freight forwarders and logistics carriers, conducting regular reviews of cost and service effectiveness.
• Contribute to strategic logistics planning to meet business needs and uphold high customer service standards across the EMEA operations.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders, proactively working with them to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
• Continuously assess business processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, participating in change and improvement initiatives as necessary.
• Plan and manage freight and warehousing projects aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Reconcile and verify the receipt of documents, including invoices and relevant import/export documentation.
• Collaborate with service providers to secure optimal rates for air, land, and sea shipments, maintaining updated rates in relevant systems and approving freight invoices.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with flexible hours from 8 am to 4 pm and a 1-hour lunch break.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a dynamic logistics environment.
• Professional qualifications in logistics, transport, or import/export.
• Up-to-date knowledge of import/export and freight/shipping regulations.
• Strong communication skills with a high level of interpersonal effectiveness.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is desirable.
