  • Qualified Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive with 6+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Extensive background in Employment Law
  • Proven experience in team leadership and management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enhance professional network to generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead and develop the department, including training and mentoring team members.
  • Handle cases involving settlement agreements, discrimination issues, disciplinary actions, and Employment Tribunal matters.
Focus on representing Claimants.
