Job Summary:
MDE-Consultants is seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team for a long-term contract in Scotland. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes and piping systems in a variety of industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair pipes and piping systems
- Work with a variety of materials, including steel, copper, and PVC
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
- Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Pipefitter
- CSCS or CCNSG card
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
