Skilled Careers is collaborating with a prominent Main Contractor boasting a substantial turnover of £450 million. Due to a significant influx of project acquisitions, they are seeking a Lead Quantity Surveyor to enhance their team.

The Lead Quantity Surveyor will oversee various projects across the region, including sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Mixed-Use, and Data Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and promote team performance, ensuring that primary contractual obligations and strategies are effectively implemented and consistently evaluated.
  • Negotiate external valuations and manage cash flow to optimize project profitability.
  • Prepare and finalize main and subcontract accounts.
