We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting electrical repairs, minor works, and maintenance programs in commercial and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct electrical inspections and testing to identify faults and defects
  • Perform electrical repairs and minor works to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Liaise with the helpdesk to coordinate planned and routine maintenance programs
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and required paperwork
  • Undertake training and professional development to maintain current knowledge and qualifications
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working independently and within a team in the building services engineering industry
  • ECS JIB registration (ideally)
  • Relevant electrical qualifications, such as C&G 2391 or C&G 2394 & 2395
  • Ability to pass enhanced DBS disclosure and hold a full driving license
