Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Engage with residents in activities and provide companionship, helping to create a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Develop effective relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
