Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Technician to join our client's successful team in a Medical Equipment Specialist role. As a Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and productive workplace and an efficient operating environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Undertake Radiation Protection Supervisor responsibilities, obtain qualification – training provided.
  • Prepare Demonstration Equipment to OEM specifications, including carrying out visual checks and function tests, clean and wrap returning demo systems – typical systems will be C-Arms and Ultrasounds.
  • Update systems and records, reusable Catalogue (FM) and DEMS etc.
  • Report any defects or missing items to the Operations team and follow escalation process for performance issues, updating tracker reports.
  • Liaise with the dedicated co-ordination team to ensure smooth call flow for all Demo operations.
  • Escalate service and performance issues to the Team Lead / Management for resolution.
  • Record, maintain equipment test result sheets.
  • Create BOM (Bill of Materials) for new demo systems.

Requirements:

  • Good team member who can also work on own initiative.
  • Hold or work towards RPS (Radiation Protection Supervisor) accreditation.
  • A flexible and can-do attitude.
  • Previous engineering experience would be preferable.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic Good IT Skills e.g. word, excel.
