Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our delivery programme teams, ensuring seamless project management and delivery of support to clients.
- Set up and maintain key folders on our SharePoint platform, adhering to approved folder structure formats.
- Download and process new applications from the Salix portal, saving them in the correct applicant folder with accurate naming and formatting.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to review invoices and process payments in a timely manner.
- Draft and send Grant Amendment Letters and other correspondence using approved templates.
- Ensure accurate data management by saving copies of files from client folders to a central location or vice versa as required.
- Upload information from various sources into our central tracker or database, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
- Utilize mail merge to send targeted requests to clients, streamlining communication and reducing administrative burdens.
- Assist in the collection and processing of reports, compiling and evaluating data from multiple sources for effective reporting.
