Nursery Room Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Blom and Blom. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and growth of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children throughout their Early Years stages, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Plan, prepare, and evaluate daily activities to ensure a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
  • Carry out observations, planning, and providing next steps to enhance children's development and progress.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to promote children's learning and development, fostering strong relationships and communication.

Requirements:
  • A Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification, such as NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent.
  • A good understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS framework, ensuring you can deliver high-quality care and education.
  • An understanding of observations and developmental reports procedures, enabling you to track and support children's progress.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, allowing you to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and children.
