We are seeking a skilled Relief Gastro Pub Chef to join our team at HR-CL Limited. This is a temporary opportunity to work with a variety of venues, covering Derby, Burton, Lichfield, and Cannock.

This role offers:

  • A competitive hourly rate, up to £19ph, depending on experience and flexibility.
  • Guaranteed pay for every hour worked, with no unpaid overtime.
  • The freedom to manage your own rota and work schedule.
  • A high volume of hours available for dedicated and reliable chefs.
  • Opportunities to work in different locations and gain experience in various kitchens.
  • Temporary contracts available, with weekly pay every Friday.
  • Holiday pay option available for eligible candidates.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record in a similar role, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Access to your own transport, as you will be required to travel between venues.
  • Excellent knife skills and the ability to work in demanding, high-volume environments.
  • Up-to-date food hygiene L2 and allergen training.
  • Your own chef whites, knives, and shoes.
