Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Lead to join our team at Wayman Group. As a Curriculum Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with our educational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a curriculum that is engaging, challenging, and relevant to our students' needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to ensure curriculum alignment and consistency.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in curriculum development and implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a smooth implementation of the curriculum.

Requirements:

  • QTS, PGCE, and strong academic record.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other stakeholders.
  • Passion for education and commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
