Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team at Premier Inn in Warrington as a Front of House Team Member.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable. Your excellent communication skills and passion for customer service will make a real difference to our guests' experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, using our simple administration system to make your job easier
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence in customer service
