We're seeking a passionate and experienced Padel Coach to join our team at David Lloyd Leisure. As a self-employed Padel Coach, you'll have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art club with top-notch facilities and a loyal member base.

• Deliver and train weekly junior and adult groups, ensuring our members receive exceptional service and a high-quality coaching experience.
• Utilize our court booking system and take advantage of all-year-round demand from our members.
• Represent our brand and values, promoting a positive and engaging atmosphere within the club.

• L2 / L3 Padel Coaching Qualification essential.
• Passion for health and fitness and a strong desire to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in a premium customer service environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences.
