We are seeking a skilled Building Control Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a Building Control Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and certify building works to ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and other relevant regulations.
- Work closely with our team to maintain high safety standards across diverse construction projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Building Safety Act 2022 regulations to ensure projects are compliant and safety standards are upheld.
- 3+ years of experience in Building Control.
- Class 3 G/H RBI registration.
- Membership of a professional organization: MCABE / MCIOB / CBuildE / MRICS.
- Highly competitive salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum.
