Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking a dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Nurse to become a vital member of our esteemed team. This role involves collaborating with a diverse multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional, safe, and patient-centered care.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Valid Registered Nurse status (NMC registration)
  • Post-registration qualification in a relevant clinical cardiac specialty
  • Experience in both circulating and scrubbing for various cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Clinical reasoning skills applicable to diverse and complex patient cases
  • Confidence in challenging consultants to promote evidence-based practices
  • Experience in partnership with consultants to develop innovative service solutions
  • Competence across a range of nursing skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge
  • Mandatory training in infection control and health and safety
  • Competence with medical equipment and devices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
  • Demonstrated principles of accountable practice
  • Teaching and mentoring skills
  • Proficiency in English language (IELTS equivalent)

Working Hours: Full Time - hours per week, with flexible shift patterns available.

Contract Type: Permanent
