Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our West Midlands facility. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of site equipment used to manufacture bespoke components for the aerospace and automotive industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and repair plant and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct general maintenance throughout the site, ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations and safe working practices.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Manage both reactive and proactive maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and safe repairs.
  • Work independently or as part of a multi-skilled team, supporting both traditional and advanced equipment.

Requirements

  • Apprentice Trained or equivalent in an engineering related discipline.
  • Proven experience in an electrical maintenance position.
  • Strong desire to improve site efficiency.
  • Capability to resolve problems across various onsite working areas.
  • Demonstrated flexibility in approach and skillset.
