Key Responsibilities:- Book job seekers into relevant training courses, including customer service, security, hospitality, personal development, and IT literacy.
- Support job seekers with CV writing and job application processes.
- Engage in outreach work, promoting Reed in Partnership within the local community.
- A competitive base salary (pro-rata for part-time), with opportunities for training, development, and progression.
- Flexible working arrangements, with a generous annual leave package (25 days + statutory bank holidays).
- Award-winning management and leadership training, as well as professional and personal development funds.
- Bi-annual pay reviews, with opportunities for career advancement.

- Ability to travel locally to meet customers/employers.
