We are seeking a skilled Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions, working with a leading National Facilities Service Provider.
About the Role- Deliver, service, repair and maintain commercial properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform reactive maintenance on clients' portfolios of properties, utilizing expertise in gas engineering and building services.
- Self-deliver smaller installations, demonstrating ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings, repairing and maintaining various systems, including HVAC and plumbing.
- Diagnose and identify faults and failures within equipment, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Order and fit parts or components to equipment when required, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Provide high-level customer service and build strong relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1), ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance, with experience in gas engineering and building services.
- Electrical or Air Conditioning qualifications desirable (17th/18th Edition, Fgas), demonstrating ability to work with multiple systems.
- Client-facing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full driving license, with ability to travel to various locations.
- Salary - Up to £52,000 depending on experience & Qualifications, with opportunities for career progression.
- Full expensed van and fuel card, with company-provided vehicle for work-related tasks.
- Mobile phone and company uniform, with company-provided equipment for work-related tasks.
- 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, with generous leave policy.
