Job Description

Role Overview

This is a key position within the EMEA marketing team at Dimensional Fund Advisors, responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality marketing materials for both print and digital distribution. The successful candidate will work closely with the global design team to maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to support business growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing department to ensure alignment with company-wide marketing initiatives.
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including exhibits, graphics, brochures, workbooks, and event branding.
  • Work closely with the US design team to understand brand messaging and maintain consistency in visual identity.
  • Develop data visualizations, formats numerical data, charts, text, photographs, and other visual graphic elements.
  • Support global creative projects as needed.
  • Ensure digital delivery of final marketing collateral and proper storage of file formats.

Requirements

  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Asset management experience with knowledge of investment products.
  • Understanding of the broad European regulatory environment and its application to marketing and distribution materials.
  • Previous experience with complex end-to-end campaign asset delivery.
  • Ability to provide high-quality output in a high-pressure environment with sometimes short timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of print production best practices and file preparation for digital and offset printing.
  • Video editing and data visualization experience.
  • Project management expertise.
  • German language skills – advantageous but not essential.
