Supervisor Opportunity at The Entertainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at The Entertainer in Staines Two Rivers Retail park. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in the daily running of the store
  • Manage deliveries, merchandising, and stock control
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example
  • Coach and motivate the team to achieve exceptional store standards and customer service
  • Assist with opening and closing the store, and running the store independently when required
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
