We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at The Entertainer in Staines Two Rivers Retail park. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the management team in the daily running of the store
- Manage deliveries, merchandising, and stock control
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve exceptional store standards and customer service
- Assist with opening and closing the store, and running the store independently when required
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexibly and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment
