We are seeking experienced professionals for roles in Delivery Management, Technical Management, and Functional Management within the Aerospace Engineering sector.
Role Overview:
As a Delivery Manager, you will leverage your extensive engineering expertise to devise and implement solutions throughout the product development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Integrating components and systems effectively.
- Overseeing all engineering aspects to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Monitoring the progress and maturity of engineering solutions, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Leading engineering integration across all phases of Air platforms and products.
As a Technical Manager, your role will involve:
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and keeping them informed during product development.
- Influencing a diverse team of engineers and collaborating with non-engineering departments.
- Authorizing engineering integration at all lifecycle stages to meet expected standards.
As a Functional Manager, you will focus on:
- Enhancing engineering capabilities by evaluating and implementing new tools and processes.
- Exploring innovative working methods and embracing new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a systems engineering team in a regulated environment on critical projects.
- Collaborating with various functions, including project management and human resources.
- Delivering engineering solutions that adhere to high standards and governance.
- Managing the maturity of engineering solutions and ensuring optimal product quality.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing teams to deliver complex engineering solutions.
- Strong background in Systems Engineering across various lifecycle stages.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and IT skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Degree in a STEM field or Chartered status.
- Experience with engineering tools and methods in a regulated industry.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Engineering approaches.
