As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reception and administrative support to ensure a professional and caring image of the department
- Manage patient contact, both directly and over the phone, to provide a high level of customer service
- Assist with consultant and staff enquiries, and perform a range of clerical duties to ensure efficient operation of departmental systems
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, staff, and external partners to promote a positive and supportive environment
