Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading corporate tax projects, providing tax advice, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead corporate tax projects, including acquisitions, mergers, and succession planning.
- Provide tax advice on VAT and R&D tax matters.
- Review and complete tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage junior staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure excellent customer service.
- Identify opportunities for the firm and clients, presenting and discussing them at Partner level.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £45,000 to £60,000 per annum. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
