About the Role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our Residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews, monitoring the Residents' progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with Residents, their families, and colleagues, ensuring a person-centered approach to care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities, maintaining a high level of professional knowledge and skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Nursing and a valid UK NMC Pin
  • Experience in a care home environment, preferably in a nurse-led setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of our Residents
