Your Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of business unit accountants and management accountants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Provide expert financial guidance to leaders and managers within the division, ensuring sound financial decision-making across all areas.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly performance reports, including forecasts, leveraging analytical skills and communication expertise to influence future management actions.
- Collaborate with the wider corporate finance team on complex or contentious matters, contributing your insights to drive financial efficiency and effectiveness within the division.
- Play a key role in implementing the Trust's long-term financial strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional with a proven track record of success in a complex healthcare setting. You will possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional financial outcomes.
