Document Management Specialist

Wood is seeking a skilled Document Controller to join its Process & Energy team, focusing on the collection, distribution, retention, and archiving of documents through Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and work processes on large-scale EPCm projects within various Onshore industries, including Oil & Energy, Petrochemical, Life Sciences, and others.
This is a permanent staff role based within our Glasgow office, where we recognize the value of hybrid working.

The Role
As a Document Controller, you will ensure all technical engineering documentation, supplier, and third-party documents associated with the assigned project scope are registered, filed, transmitted, and archived in compliance with document management procedures.
