Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a community empowerment strategic plan in partnership with the Board, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the third sector or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of the challenges faced by people living in areas of multiple deprivation.
  • Evidence of delivering positive and impactful community development initiatives.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to translate detailed data analysis, knowledge, and vision into actionable plans.
  • Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and securing funding.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in the third sector.
