Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our workstream development team in implementing a new ERP solution (SAP Cloud). The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing SAP projects from a technical and non-technical perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workstream to develop a target operating model for the service to support the new ERP solution
  • Review the current support model, including technical and non-technical designs, user experience, customer access, and impacts on ways of working
  • Help scope, design, and develop a new set of common design principles for support services
  • Develop a project to transition to the new operating model and close identified gaps prior to go-live

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience managing SAP projects from a technical and non-technical perspective
  • Experience of procurement, including recent regulatory changes, and knowledge of SAP and/or ARIBA
  • Experience working for a local authority or similar organization (desirable)
  • Experience working with new support projects
