Thales is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Crawley, UK. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW), Radar, or UAS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage system requirements using DOORS
  • Assemble and integrate system elements to evaluate design, behavior, interactions, and performance
  • Formalize specifications and engineering plans for solution development
  • Support and undertake IVVQ activities
  • Conduct trade-off analysis, modeling, and simulation
  • Produce SE and IVVQ-related documentation
  • Contribute to systems architecture and engineering management
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of System Engineering and System Engineering Processes and Practices
  • Ability to work with multiple technologies and integrate them into a system
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with DOORS and IVVQ
  • Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods and tools
  • Experience with Architecture Frameworks (MODAF, DODAF, TOGAF)
  • Working knowledge of the engineering lifecycle
