As the Lead Content Curator at DAZN, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Editors, overseeing the publication of content, managing the application across various regions, and ensuring a seamless content delivery experience. A comprehensive understanding of multiple sports, especially boxing, is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining editorial standards for the application on both the user interface and backend, where precision is paramount.
  • Selecting the most impactful lines and visuals to effectively narrate the story.
  • Prioritizing content based on user engagement potential.

We seek an individual who is exceptionally organized, comfortable with planning, reviewing, and presenting to internal stakeholders, and adept at fostering relationships with our partners.

This position offers:

  • Hybrid working arrangements.
  • A schedule that spans a 7-day rotation, including some evening shifts to align with major sporting events.

As our new Lead Content Curator, you will have the chance to:

  • Engage a global audience.
  • Shape the aesthetic and functionality of the application.
  • Deliver top-tier content to subscribers across a busy schedule.
  • Contribute to and implement strategies for key rights and significant events.
  • Take charge of specific sections or major rights and report directly to the Chief Editors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in identifying errors in spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to distill compelling headlines from interviews, understanding what resonates with sports enthusiasts.
  • Experience in presenting to stakeholders and collaborating with both internal and external teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Capability to plan for significant events and conduct post-event reviews.
  • Experience in the dynamic environment of sports.
  • Knowledge of the OTT/sports broadcasting landscape.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
