Commercial Land & Property Lawyer – Poole Office

Humphries Kirk LLP, one of the largest law firms on the South Coast, is seeking a full-time experienced Commercial Land and Property Lawyer to join our team in Poole.

The successful candidate will be based in the Land Department and will work as one of the key lawyers within a dedicated Commercial Land and Property team. They will be responsible for managing a full caseload from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision and will ideally have experience of supervising more junior lawyers and support staff.

The ideal candidate will possess particular knowledge of commercial and/or agricultural property work and will have excellent opportunities for career progression within the firm.

We welcome applications from Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with 5+ years of PQE experience who are looking for a challenging and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of commercial land and property work
  • Supervise more junior lawyers and support staff
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial and property law
