Job Title: Training Instructor - Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) and Engineering

Job Type: Full-time, Long-term contract, Site-based

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Training Instructor to join our team at Mactech Energy Group. As a Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our employees in the field of Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our employees.
  • Design and implement training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to employees.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training programs are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Engineering or Education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training or instructional design.
  • Strong knowledge of Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) and Engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
