We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support children's learning in a vibrant school environment. As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children to provide support in their academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of individual and group learning activities
  • Work closely with children to provide support in their academic, social, and emotional development
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and positive learning environment
  • Assist with the preparation of classroom resources and materials
  • Supervise children during break and lunchtime
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support for students where necessary
  • Support children with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) as required
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working with children in a school setting
  • Caring, patient, and flexible approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • DBS check required
