About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bank Project Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Bank Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to customers, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and support plans, ensuring the needs of customers are met
  • Work effectively in pressured situations, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Deliver small group activities to promote recovery and well-being, using a person-centered approach
  • Build professional relationships with customers, using clear and empathetic communication to ensure their personal choice, privacy, and dignity are maintained
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working with adults with mental health needs
  • Ability to relate and empathize with people with mental health issues
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages and internet communications
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
