Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to customers, promoting their independence and well-being
- Develop and maintain accurate records and support plans, ensuring the needs of customers are met
- Work effectively in pressured situations, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Deliver small group activities to promote recovery and well-being, using a person-centered approach
- Build professional relationships with customers, using clear and empathetic communication to ensure their personal choice, privacy, and dignity are maintained
- Previous experience of working with adults with mental health needs
- Ability to relate and empathize with people with mental health issues
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages and internet communications
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
- A competitive hourly rate
