About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ordering to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas to enhance the dining experience
  • Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to achieve high standards of quality and service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a senior chef in a similar environment

  • Knowledge of international cuisines and menu planning
