About the Role

Motus Group is seeking an experienced PDI Technician to join their team in Huddersfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out pre-delivery inspections on all vehicles according to the pre-delivery inspection checklist.
  • Carrying out collection inspections on all vehicles prior to customer delivery, in line with the checklist.
  • Completing minor services on vehicles as required.
  • Completing minor repairs where necessary.
  • To accessorise vehicles as and when required.
  • Ensuring all work carried out meets health and safety requirements along with meeting Motus Group and manufacturer standards of quality.
  • Reporting additional repair or safety issues to the Workshop Manager that require further work and cost.

Requirements:

  • Previous Workshop experience.
  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Repair.
  • The ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • A full UK manual driving licence.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
  • A Team Player mentality.
