Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support the Project Manager and Site Manager in the day-to-day control of our site in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering project works, ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager and Site Manager in the day-to-day control of the site
  • Manage and deliver project works, including construction and maintenance activities
  • Ensure the site is run in a safe and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve project goals

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
