About You- You will be a warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who is passionate about championing the rights and wellbeing of older people.

- Have previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.
- Hold a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector.
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £36,000.00 plus benefits, including a company pension, life assurance, and annual leave starting at 25 days and rising to 28 days max (1 additional day per year) plus bank holidays. You will also have access to our Employee Assist Programme, two paid days volunteering each calendar year, and enhanced company sick pay (subject to passing probationary period).
