Key Responsibilities
  • Support the analysis and documentation of customer requirements
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of our solutions
  • Execute assigned project tasks, including configuration design, installation, and configuration of PTC and third-party software
  • Participate in workshops and assist in the development of client solutions
  • Present or facilitate training programs for PTC's product lines
  • Provide customer technical support
Requirements
  • Relevant degree qualified or one to three years' experience in an Engineering Discipline or from an IT background
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability
  • Excellent English oral, written, communication, and listening skills

  • The right to permanently work in the UK

Desirable Requirements
  • Experience of or exposure to a PDM / PLM system
