We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Professional to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with global safety standards and UK legislation.
- Lead the reporting and investigation of accidents and incidents, including root cause analysis.
- Manage environmental, health, and safety planning for sites, including prioritization and performance management.
- Liaise with client Health and Safety representatives and international safety teams to support site operations.
- Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices.
- Minimum of NVQ level 4 qualification in Health and Safety.
- Membership of IOSH (Chartered or working towards).
- HACCP / Food Safety.
- Proven experience in implementing safety and quality systems (ISO 45001).
- Recent experience in Risk Management and Business Continuity.
- Working within a high-profile organization in a fast-paced environment.
