Paediatric Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to children and their families in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs
- Effectively manage multidisciplinary teams through strong communication and teamwork
- Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of client physical and physiological needs
- Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine management
- Build and maintain relationships with client families
- Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke care packages
- RSCN with a minimum of 6 months in the UK and an active NMC PIN
- Supportive management style with experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
- Advanced communication skills for effective liaison with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Band 5/Band 6 nursing experience with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Up to £45,000 per annum DOE
- 2 days working from home per week/3 days in the community
- Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
- 33 days holiday
