Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and collaborative Financial Administrator to become an integral part of our exceptional client's finance department in a dynamic business environment. This role is perfect for an individual with a proven track record in financial roles, ideally with experience in a law firm setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Generating and issuing invoices to clients, managing the receivables process.
  • Processing cash transactions with precision and in compliance with internal controls.
  • Managing office accounts and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
  • Collaborating with the wider finance department to support overall financial management.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a financial or similar role.
  • Proficiency in financial software, such as Ticket or Partner for Windows.
  • Strong Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data.
  • Excellent team ethic with the ability to work collaboratively.
