About the Role
We're seeking a Commercial Director to oversee the growth of the business, drive current client relationships, and bring new business to the company. Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the CEO and MD to ensure the team delivers
- Building on key accounts and driving business growth
- Attending networking events and dinners to engage with potential clients
- Collaborating with the Operations Director to reduce costs and grow bottom-line returns
- Working across both sides of the business - warehouse and studio
About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with clients in the production space and understand the event process. They will be open to working collaboratively, leading by example, and driving the team forward.
