About the Company: Our client is a leading retail company with a rich history dating back to the 1950s. They operate over 10,000 retail outlets across 20 countries and are currently embarking on a major project to design and develop a new e-commerce system.

About the Role: We are seeking two experienced TypeScript engineers with strong expertise in NextJs and React to join our client's highly respected Web development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TypeScript, NextJs, and React, as well as experience with SQL or NoSQL databases. Additional skills in React Hooks, REST, GraphQL, SCSS, CSS, TDD, Unit Testing, Docker, GIT, and Agile are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality web applications using TypeScript, NextJs, and React
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of web applications
  • Contribute to the development of clean coding principles and design patterns
  • Review and improve code quality to ensure optimal performance and scalability
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in TypeScript, NextJs, and React development
  • Strong understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases
  • Experience with React Hooks, REST, GraphQL, SCSS, CSS, TDD, Unit Testing, Docker, GIT, and Agile
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
