The Opportunity
GAP Group Limited is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Lifting Division. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for managing your own Profit Centre and driving business growth through strategic leadership and operational excellence.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned manager with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have a deep understanding of the lifting equipment industry and a strong network of contacts within the sector. Your leadership skills will be essential in developing and motivating a high-performing team to deliver results and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lifting Division, including staff recruitment and motivation, purchasing equipment and supplies, and customer interaction.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
